Yo-yoing a little bit now. 'Sokay, I know my body's probably going into srs WTF mode. A few more days (I hope) and it'll get over it. 8 pounds til mini-goal. Hopefully by the end of the weekend I'll drop more. I REALLY need to start to walk. My excuse has been rain but add that to screwing my sleep up and blah. Woke up at 4 pm today. Disgraceful at best. Maybe early in the morning, before sleep. I feel so light right now but it's after midnight, not safe and all that.

Anyway, still going.

18 lbs. At this rate i could meet my mini goal in another 7 days when at the moment I have 21 allotted. There's no way it's going to take me 21 days to knock off another 9 lbs. I'm being bad tonight though, I have booze and 2 sausage links. If I eat anything else it's coming up, I bought raman just for that. Hooray for emergency b/p foods.

Anyway, 18 lbs in uh,12 days. Sweet.

I'm now down 15 lbs. That's not too goddamn bad, is it! Basically I have almost 3 weeks to kill another 15 and meet my monthly goal. 12 more and I've met my mini-goal. I haven't behaved too well and I still lost. I drank a bottle of whiskey one night (yeah, an entire fifth but I'm a big girl so I can hold it...not healthily and I don't much remember going to bed but I can do it) and the better part of a big box of wine over 2 nights. No more of that though. Needless calories plus hangovers feel like shit when you're restricting. I was dumb and took my pill before eating so now I can't eat and just purge it all up without having to dig around for it which isn't really something I'm interested in doing.

Last night I fucking wasted almost $25 on Pizza Hut. I'm disgusted. The worst part is, when I'm binging with intent to puke it all up I have to chew so quickly and thoroughly that my jaw aches and I don't even really enjoy the food that much. It's too hurried. I want to just scarf it down but believe me, pizza is not something you want to not-chew then try to puke up. That's a good way to choke to death.

Anyway it's facking cold so I'ma make some coffee and get back into bed to read til the pill kicks in then I'm off to the post office and do some shopping, maybe grab a coffee and the Fleahive.

I seem to have lost between 9 and 12 pounds in 3 days. I keep weighing myself and while my scale fluctuates, at the very least I've lost 9 which is fucking excellent. My last weigh-in today was after drinking and eating, that also pushed it up, surely. The first 2 days I had very little appetite so I basically ate a slimfast the first day and drank a ton of water. A slimfast optima is 190 calories. I was pretty happy with that (yeah, I have disordered thinking when it comes to food) until I started reading on the Phentermine forums about how if you don't eat at least 1000 cals a day you won't really lose. I'm combining the Phen with a low carb diet, that seems to be the way to go. I also bought some wine, which I think will be going down the drain because it's a killer. So many goddamn calories, it's not even funny.

Water is very important and I'm going to try to nail a gallon a day, ugh. Makes me feel queasy just thinking about it but what the fuck ever, it's do or die. I spent over a hundred bucks on this for the month, I'm gonna make it work. I refuse to dick around and screw it up. It's been a long time since I was in the 290s. What a depressing thought and yet if I really work at it, maybe in another week I'll be in the 180s.

My calorie intake so far has been:

Tuesday, 2/19-190
Wednesday, 2/20-983 (big leap, I know, but 433 cals from the wine I drank-not worth it)
Thursday, 2/21-1073 (216 in wine again >:| )

I was disappointed that I went over 1000 today but I should be alright, a lot of people are saying get up to 1200 a day but the Dr who prescribed mine says 1000 and I'ma try to stick to that. I'm not too worried as long as I don't go over 1100. For the inquiring minds, I had a few hungry moments today but I was satiated really quickly. Aside from the wine I've had a few sporadic nibbles on some slow boiled pork, 2 large hard boiled eggs and 4 slices (1/2) of an apple. I literally couldn't get the other half down. This stuff works, although the buzz isn't as noticeable now, three days in. My appetite is seriously suppressed.

I have not been walking, going in half an hour for a minimum of 30 minutes. I have been doing shitloads of arm lifts, they're aching but in a good way. They gots to go, they're disgusting.

Yesterday I picked up a script of Phentermine. They seem to be working really well, I'm pretty impressed. I hope to update here more often. A lot of people report losing up to 30 lbs a month on Phentermine so here's hoping. Once I lose 10 lbs or so I think I'll be able to exercise a bit more easily, then I will walk a mile or two a day. Here are my current stats:

HW:307

CW:305

1st TW:200

2nd TW:180

3rd TW: 160

Yesterday I ate 760 calories, a whopper with cheese. I drank approximately 64 fl ounces of water. Today I plan to drink a slimfast and maybe eat a half can of fruit cocktail, bringing me to
87.5 + 190=277.5

I want to stay under 500 calories per day but if that doesn't work I'll try for 1000, no more.

I haven't eaten since 3:30 pm yesterday and it is now 6:25 pm. The pills really kill my appetite. I'm getting a little bit hungry, will try to wait til 8 for the slimfast.

I am a huge fan of the deletion option. I'm not even sure why this blog is still in existance. My Richey worship is dead though I still thik about him. Live Journal broke my heart so I'm basically ignoring it so maybe I'll just start fresh here instead. No one I know from there can find me here. That's a good thing.
